But I was attempting to make it a button. ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Re: Hyperlink to Google MapsUsing that method still results with a "http://<a href=" prepended to the url. ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Hyperlink to Google Maps Attempting to build a link that would navigate users to a google map page. What am I doing wrong? Using the logic below results in an "http://<a href=" ahead of the url. i.e. http://<a href=http://:www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=> Street 1 City State Zip</a> var text Words = ([Account - Venue Address: Street 1]&" "&[Account - Venue Address: City]&" "&[Account - Venue Address: State/Region]&" "&[Account - Venue Address: Postal Code]); var text URL = ("http://:www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query="); "<a href=" & $URL & ">" & $Words & "</a>" ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Normalize TextHello Quickbase! We're syncing data with a table that contains some funky text. Is there a means within Quickbase to normalize text? ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Re: Google Sheet Pipeline - Append to last row of sheetThere was a column that was hidden within the google sheet which results in the Pipeline placing rows above the header. This is a bug that should be addressed. ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Google Sheet Pipeline - Append to last row of sheetWe're pushing records via Pipelines into google sheets. Records are passing through but they are being added to the top of the sheet, just above the header row. What needs to be done in order to ensure new records are added to the first available row in the sheet (basically the bottom of the sheet) rather than inserting above the header row? ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Re: Gmail refresh errors MessageIDWas this ever addressed? Trying to qualify if we should attempt to do it alone or hire a 3rd party to get gmail working in quickbase. Reps live in their emails, the only way for the CRM to work is to get the emails living in the CRM. Any recommendations would be welcomed. ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Re: Method for auto generating X # of records?I saw that during the webinar. I need to understand what sort of pricing will be tied to it before we bank on it. But I loved what i saw. At least there are a few options for pulling it off. Thanks for all the help, guys!! ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Re: Method for auto generating X # of records? The only thing I've come up with is to create a second application to send Opp Data to, whenever there's a value other than Null in the # of Orders field. Then have that second app run a specific webhook, based off of the #of Orders field, to write records back into the originating app. If there's an easier way, let me know! ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------ Re: Relate records within the same tableHave no fear, you can easily relate a table to itself, multiple times even. Go to the settings of the table that you'd like to related and select the + New Relationship. After you've created a relationship between the same table, you may want to rename the name of the reference proxy field to something like 'Child Name' 'Grandchild Name' etc. Open the relationship you've just made to find and edit the proxy field name on the child table. ------------------------------ Ryan Parr ------------------------------
