I created the relationship to add the Lookup field of "Partner Brands" (multi-select field) which are added in the Affiliate Outreach Table, but I want those Brands to also appear under the Outlets table. It's not currently working. Does this have anything to do with Outlets being an anchor point for the Outreach Table? I've created the relationship twice, but no luck so far. ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------ Searching for text not included in Home default reportIs it possible to have fields included in the search parameters on the Table Home Page if it's not included on the home page. For example, if a form/records includes a notes field but that's not a default column on the table home page, is there a way to still search for the text from the table home page? ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------ Re: Filtering drop down optionsThanks, Mark. When I create the Writer Outlet < Outreach Relationship, I only have the options to add [Related Outlet] and [Related Contact]. I don't see [Related Writer Outlet] as a Field option. ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------ Filtering drop down optionsI have three tables that are related in the following way: Contacts Outlets Writer Outlets "Contacts" is a Parent Table to "Writer Outlets" "Outlets" is a Parent Table to "Writer Outlets" The "Writer Outlets" table was created to connect/associate Contacts and Outlets. This table works how it's supposed to. If you go into a Contacts record, you can see all associated Outlets and vice versa. There is a fourth table, "Outreach", where I'm trying to create a form to keep track of outreach for specific Outlets. Because an Outlet may have multiple Contacts associated with it, I'd like to be able to select the Outlet and then have the list of Contacts filter based on the Outlet selected so that our team can record the Outlet that was contacted and the individual person that was contacted at the Outlet. I need assistance with creating the relationships for the Outreach table. ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------ Re: Associating an Email (Gmail Connection) with a Contact (Table)Yes, of course. That makes sense and it worked, thank you! ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------ Associating an Email (Gmail Connection) with a Contact (Table)I have two tables - Contacts and Emails. The Contacts table has basic contact information and the Emails table is built using a Gmail connector. I would like to show emails associated with specific contacts (based on the Original From field) within a Contact's record. I tried creating a Report Link, but it's only showing the associated email. I'd like to be able to show the From, Body, Date, etc, for each email communication associated with the Contact. ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------ Connecting Multiple Tables - Many to Many?I'm trying to relate two tables. The background - we are using the app to track contacts. One type of contact is "Writers" which would be associated with one or more "Outlet". An outlet can also be associated with more than one writer. Quick Base doesn't give the option to use a report link/drop down as a multi-select function, so I'm not sure how to associate multiple records from both tables. In the writers table, you should be able to see all of the outlets associated with that writer. And in the outlets table, be able to see all associated writers. Right now, I would have to create multiple records of the same Outlet to associate multiple Writers. ------------------------------ Chelsea Giacchi ------------------------------
