Hi Michael,

I've seen this before when an XLSX file has had special formatting.  Have you tried copying your data to a clipboard and importing into QuickBase instead?  I've found this has fixed the issue in the past. Let me know if you run into any issues.

Thanks!

After getting rid all formatting in the file I still get the error. Copy and then pasting the data into the window causes both IE and Chrome to hang.

Hi Michael, sorry my suggestion didn't work.  Can you please submit a support case?  Our Care team can work with you to fix the issue.

I went back and only selected the data that I wanted to import and the copy and paste worked. Previously I had just selected the entire spreadsheet. Thank you for the tip!
