Is there a 64-Bit version of the Exact Form Word template? The VBA fails on my 64-bit Windows 7 machine.

Not sure what version of Microsoft XML Services you have installed, but you could try replacing all instances of MSXML2.DOMDocument in the template VBA code to MSXML2.DOMDocument40 or MSXML2.DOMDocument60.  Or determine what's available by declaring a new DOM Document and see what the VBA Intellisense brings up as choices after you type MSXML2.DOMDoc.   Might work.

I know this post is a little bit old but someone might still be looking for a 64-bits version of Exact Forms.

I only added PtrSafe to any Declare statement in VB to make it compatible.

I hope it helps.
