A user change his name from Name1 to Name2, but now Name1 and Name2 can be searched in the Current Ticket Owner field , how can I removed the Name1 form the field?

Hello Abby, 

There are two ways to remove that excess user name from the Ticket Owner field. The first is by denying the excess account access to the application. This help link can walk you through that process http://www.quickbase.com/user-assistance/Default.html#realm_deny_user.html. The second is by unchecking "Show in User picker" within the User Management page. This check mark is to the left of each User. I have attached a picture for a visual.
