Abort save not working if a file is attached.

I have an 'abort save' form rule that is dependent on a few different fields within the record and the rule specifies it is to be applied "after checking" (see attached screenshot). This rule works fine unless a file is attached to the record. When a file is attached the rule seems unable to read any of the fields it is dependent on and allows the save. Is this a glitch or is my rule missing something?

Is one of these 4 conditions a file attachment field?

Indirectly. The [Helper_QB data entry verification] looks at a field which looks at an attachment field (among a few dozen other non-attachment fields)

I'm not sure what to suggest.  I was going to suggest making a new field with a formula ToText([My file attachment field] if you were using the File Attachment field directly in a Form Rule.

So this is a problem with quickbase?

I can't say without investing some more time onto this, so perhaps try putting in a support ticket and see if QuickBase support staff will help you.

Ok, yeah, I'm having trouble with several other abort save rules not functioning. How do I submit a support ticket?
