Add a Column to a Bar Chart that is not "Summed" or totaled

So I have a bar chart on my top table that shows the dollars won on all quarterly projects based on the user viewing the report. I need to add an additional column to the chart that is a static number (not totaled) and also based on the user viewing the report. For example each user has a quota goal for the quarter (static number pulled from the Quota table) that the project winnings are helping to fulfill.

Right now, I've pulled the quota data up from the quota table and placed it on each project. But when I add this field to the chart as a y-series it takes a total of all the quota fields on each of the projects. Instead I want to have a column that only shows the quarterly quota for the user viewing the report. This information can come from the quota table where all users are associated with quarterly quotas but I'm not sure how to indicate this without pulling all user's quota data (4 quarters each year) up to the main table (not ideal!).

Would a calculated column work? If so, how?

If not, it looks like I may need to go to Highcharts and learn java to incorporate these two tables into one report :(

The answer (in case anyone else was wondering) is to change the column to average instead of sum.

Thanks!
