Hi All, I have 6 checkboxes on a form, that will be exported using Exact Forms. If any of these fields is checked, it should add a new table row to an HTML table, and append the checkbox data. I know that the basic idea would be to create a very ridiculously long if statement in a formula-text field, that if [item1] is checked, do some html magic, if [item 2] is checked, do some more html magic. But, is there a more efficient way of doing this?

Write your if statement using or between each checkbox field

If(

    [Item1]  or  [Item2]  or  [Item3] or  [Item4] or  [Item5] or  [Item6],

    do HTML magic,

    don't do html magic

)

FWIW, without using script QuickBase does not allow you to enter <table> tags.

Thanks guys! That may have to be what I do. I am using exact forms plus to generate a word document, so it's ok if it looks like straight html code on the form, since once it is generated in word, it pulls in as a table (already tested). I appreciate it!
