Adding invoice item on mobile device

When adding an invoice item to a Work Order using a mobile device, the field tech sometime select the box labeled "Add Invoice Item" (see step 1 in the attachment), and then select the blue plus sign in the next screen (see step 2), which adds an invoice item without the related Work Order Record ID#.

When the field techs click on the green plus sign in step 1, the Work Order Record ID# is correctly associated with the invoice item.

A way to hide the blue plus sign in step 2 on a mobile device?

Not  tested, but I assume that the plus icon would have the same behavior as the NEW button which is globally  on the top of the screen on the desktop version.,  and also the ADD button which is on the table homepage.

I suggest you try going into the role configuration under user interface and suppress the add button.

Please post back if that solves the problem and I will mark this question as answered.

Hi Mark,

The Hide Add Button/Links is checked for the Invoice table for the Role, but it doesn't seem to change the way the app hides or shows the blue + sign on mobile devices.

Sorry, I guess its a support ticket.  I don't do much work with the mobile interface.
