API Do Query and ask user

Is there a way to call API do Query by passing the query ID with the ask user parameter at the end.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I think I would need a little more information in order to answer your question. Are you trying to use an Ask the user option on the fly to filter a report? If so, are you using an internal or external call.

Hi Ryan...
I am using api do querry to get a result of a report in xml format in my mobile application. But the report i am calling has ask user filter condition. I want to know how to pass that value in the api call. I can user the query parameter to pass all the filter conditions but for that i need to use the field ID, Which I cant use.

Hi Sudheer, I'm working on a similar situation and thought I would refer you to this post as it helped me construct my query using both the current table (where my user would enter their preferences on a form) and then use that user input information to query the table with the data in it. Thus allowing the variable data to be entered and queried.
