Attach Excel CSV file as file attachment while sending email notifications

I want an Action button where clicking on that button will automatically attach current Table Report as an Excel CSV file attachment before the Email is being sent. Is it possible to attach the Excel CSV File as file attachment in QuickBase Email notifications ? or Can it be achieved by using any other techniques ?

You can achieve this functionality with 2 add-ons we offer, XL Docs to create the Excel file and Courier to attach it to an email message
demo it here...on this record click on the Create and Email tab, enter your email address and click save.  In about 20-40 seconds you should receive an email with an Excel file attached to it

What happens is XL Docs is triggered to create the Excel file when you save the record, when the file is created the date/time field is modified by XL Docs which will trigger Courier to download and email the file to the email address you entered.
