Autofill form elements not working on browser

Has anyone noticed autofill form fields stopped adding new entries? It's showing autofill data on the QB form, but only old data. It won't add new data anymore. I tried clearing the autofill data, now there's nothing autofilling and upon saving it doesn't save into internet history. Something change on the QB form to cause this? Thanks for your help / comments.

Auto fill, or previous entry suggestions? 
Not that it helps diagnose the issue, but both work for me in Quick Base using Chrome, Windows 10.

Thanks. After clearing my AutoComplete history from Internet Properties, it no longer saves entries. It happened to multiple users all around the same time. About 1 month ago. 
I know it might seem obvious, but when you cleared your auto-fill data, did you make sure to set it to clear FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME? (my thought is if you hadn't cleared ALL the auto fill, you may have only cleared the most recent, which left the old stuff). Worth taking a look.
