Automated upload to ftp site?

Similarly to having Quickbase send an email with specific criteria, I'd like to upload a CSV to a ftp site.  Is that possible without tons of additional coding?

You would probably need to engage a 3rd party QSP like Juiced Technologies.  They would charge a 1 time fee plus a monthly hosting fee, so its not a casual click click click undertaking.

Thanks Mark...yes this can be done but does require some custom coding.  
Dan Diebolt may be able to show how this can be done via jquery, not sure I've seen him provide an answer like that before but if someone can its him.
