Automatically reference mulitple Google Drive documents

I think it is better to explain my problem as a situation.

I have to compile 19 different manuals for 19 different locations. Inside each manual are drawings and documentation such as instructions, rules, etc. Each drawing and documentation is saved as its own individual Google doc, Google sheet, PDF, etc. So essentially, one manual will be composed of perhaps 5 documents total.

Question 1) Is there a way to store all the various Google doc, Google sheet, PDF in a queue or storage location on quickbase?

Question 2) Is there a way to automatically pull various documents from this queue or storage location based on which manual I choose?

My thought process is that I have this reservoir of documents and drawings and I can select from a drop down menu the manual I want to look at. Then, QuickBase will automatically select specific drawings and documents that I pre-assigned to a specific manual.

I can elaborate more if necessary.

I will post this as a comment as opposed to an answer for now as i have not worked much with google docs.

If there is a unique URL for each google doc, you could store it as a file path so that you have a Table of google docs called Google Docs.

Then you might have a table of Locations.  There will be 19 of them.

Then you could have a middle "join" table called Location Manuals where 1 Location has many Location Manuals and 1 Manual also has many Location manuals.  I presume that some docs might be unique to a location but many of them will be common across locations.  The use of the Join table deals with that.  Let me know if that works for you and I will change this to "an Answer".
