Using the gmail sync function, I created a new table called "Customer Emails" which pulls in emails forwarded to a gmail account. With the help of some awesome members/coaches on here (Ricardo Tsai). I was able to extract specific data from the email to create customer fields, filled with the specific information I needed.

Now I'm trying to update another table with those fields (similarly named) automatically.I need to create a new customer account in a table called "Prospects" with the relevant information extracted in the table "Customer Emails".

Is this possible?

Hello Patrick, I've been off for a while.

I'm not an expert on gmail connections but that doesn't mean I won't try to at least look at what exactly you need to do. Let me break your question in three different parts.

1- "Now I'm trying to update another table with those fields (similarly named) automatically....".

Sorry for my dumb question. Why not use the same connection to extract the same data and populate the new table? IF it is from a different source, then, create a new connection to that new source and implement the same logic to the new table.

2- "I need to create a new customer account in a table called "Prospects""... with the relevant information extracted in the table "Customer Emails""...

When you say "New Customer" are talking about: a role? a QB new customer account? a Gmail account?

3-  "...with the relevant information extracted in the table "Customer Emails""...

Customer Emails, is that an original table from your previous work?

Again, I'm not an expert on gmail connection, just trying to understand what are you trying to accomplish.
