Can a checkbox formula be created to zero out another formula field if the checkbox is checked ?

I have a rather lengthy formula to calculate the file score on a quality assurance form. There is a fail all question at the end that is a checkbox field. I need the score to change to 0 if the checkbox is checked

If you post your formula, it can easily be adjusted to do this.
But to answer for the general case

var number MyResult = ....and paste in your existing formula here followed by a semi colon;

IF([Fail All]=true,0, $MyResult)
