I have a Notes field (for Vendor records) in which we use line breaks to heavily to break up areas of information, but it would be great to have a condensed version of this field (without line breaks) for reports.
Ideally the line break could be replaced by a single 'space' character.
Thank you!

Wow, this was super easy. Just add a formula field which displays field's text but allows URL.

Hi Amber,
I have attached two screenshots and formula (in answer section ) which I used in my test environment for replacement of new line. I used "dandiebolt_QB_Pirate"'s answer https://quickbasecommunity.intuit.com/questions/1152425formulatoreplaceallinstancesofxwithyinatextfield in building formula.
Let me know if there are any questions.
Thanks,
Neal

Please note that it is for replacing first 10 new lines. If there are more than 10 new lines then formula needs to be modified .
Thanks,
