I have a table that holds all the call information from our call center, I would like to create a bar graph that shows Call Day on the x-axis and Contact Rate (% of calls where contact was made on that day) on the y axis. My data is such that each record is a call, and the fields that relate to this are Call Day and Contact Made (Yes/No). I was unable to figure out how to do it directly as a graph report, but was able to create a summary table report that gives me the Days and % Yes & No for each.

So it would seem that it should be easy to create the bar graph from this new report table, but I cannot figure out how.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Graphs are actually just a different type of report in QuickBase and must be generated based on the record data, rather than based on other reports. If each record is a Call and has a Call Day value and a Contact Made value, you should be able to use the Call Day field as the X Axis field and group by Equal Values. You would then use # of Calls for the Y Axis and your Series selection would be the Contact Made field.

These options should show you a bar graph with 2 bars for each Call Day - one bar for Yes and one for No.If you'd prefer to see them as a comparison to the whole, you'll want to build it as a Stacked Bar with similar selections.
