Can I create a top 10 list from a summary report

I have a table of parts orders with a child table that contains the individual parts for each order (part number, description, quantity, etc). I created a summary report for the child table that shows the part numbers & total quantity ordered. I can sort by total quantity, but was wondering if it was possible to only show the 10 highest quantity items? If that is not possible, can I filter by total quantity? I tried to filter by quantity, but a filter for quantity > 5 only shows items with a single order of more than 5 rather than a total quantity greater than 5.

Did you look at this?  It does it into a Chart but you don't need to display as a chart as it does calculate the top ten.  https://quickbase-community.intuit.com/questions/1420107-hello-i-am-trying-to-create-a-bar-graph-report-but-only-show-the-top-10-results

That is a rather complicated solution that requires creating extra tables and fields. I am looking for a method that can be done within the report or with a minimum of extra fields.

Sometimes what you are looking for is more complicated than you would like.
