I have over 400 PDF files and within a month I'll probably exceed 500mb. How can I go around this issue? I already compressed my files but because we'll be adding 100 new agreements per quarter, this option is not viable.
The 500 MB limit per table refers to Application Space. That is data entry hand entered of overhead imported, not counting formula and lookup fields.
The file attachment space is unlimited subject only to your paid plan limits for your Account. You can check your account properties but that limit will be vey large. A typical 20 User plan would have a limit of 50 GB.
So you are probably approaching only 1% of your current paid maximum for file attachment size if you are on the typical 20 User Premier Plan.
