I have 7 tables total. The Parent table being "Projects". Each Child table is already linked to the parent table.  Now I would like to link one field from the time card table to the Service Quote table. (both are child tables)

What do you mean by "Link". Can you be more specific?

There are many Time Cards for each Parent. Which Timecard's Data do you want carried over?

There is actually just one time card per Project. I want the Total W/O hours from the timecard to carry over to the Service Quote Table. Is that even possible?

You can do a Summary Total Hours up to the Parent Project record. Edit the Relationship to create a Simmry field there.

Then you can do a lookup of that number down to the Service Quite Table.
