I will post this an a Comment for now.
1. If you want to have a table in QuickBase which is Syncronized with another table in QuickBase, you can use QuickBase Sync. QuickBase can keep them in Synch by checking every hour or every day for updates. But to do that the target table needs to be created as Sync Table. You cannot currently retroactively make a table Sync. http://help.quickbase.com/user-assistance/Default.html#about_connected_tables.html
2. If you want to make a button which will run a Saved Table to table import, you can do that by first making the table to table import. To do that you go to the Target Table Home Page and look for import Export and then created a saved table to table copy. It will allow you to select the source App and then the source table and map your fields (which fields go in which field) and create a filter. If you go that route and need help in building the button post back and i can help with that. But that will still not run the button push automatically.
