Can I setup a reminder to automate emails to respondents who have not completed the survey (i.e. have not checked a "survey complete" field)?

I'd like to send out a survey in native QuickBase, where respondents can check a field when complete. Can I setup a reminder to automate emails to respondents who have not completed the survey (i.e. have not checked the "complete" field)?

Ideally the app would then track who has and hasn't responded to the survey, and continue to notify those who have not.

We're talking about a few thousand users. Thanks

Are the "Users" Users?  i.e. Are they employees with userids?  Or just sent out to email addresses and open to the Internet.

It's complicated. Most are "users" but have different email domains. Most likely Everyone on the Internet is the best approach.

If the survey respondents are not users with access to your app, then you cannot automate the reminders.

However, you can manually extract a report of email addresses in excel CSV format who did not respond and figure out how to manually email them.

OK let's say they are all users. There is in active/inactive issue but for this discussion let's say they are all active users. Thanks

Well if each record has a userid on it as to who is supposed to fill out the survey, then you can simply set up a report of My Open surveys, where the filter is that the userid is equal to the current user and the survey is incomplete.

Then set up a Subscription to go to all users.  Each user will only receive their own cord in the subscription.

We're dealing with 75000+ applications and 4500 unique managers, so many managers own multiple apps and will need to complete a survey for each app. I'm trying to separate by apps, so that survey completion is tracked by app, not user. Therefore, many users will receive multiple emails.

I'm not sure what your question is.  If a managers has 5 surveys to complete  and they fill out none of them they will receive a subscription report with 5 records on it listing their 5 surveys to be completed.  That sounds like what you want.

Btw, that is an impressive app count. 75,000?  Did you mean 7,500?  Even that would have been huge.
