The Quick Base Community will be read-only from August 19th-23rd while we finalize the updates to launch our new community site. On August 23rd the new community site will be live and accessible right here at this same URL with the full launch on August 27th with a special AMA with Jay Jamison on our exciting Cloudpipes news.

Angela - If you've got Administrator access, you can use the Import from another Table function under the Import/Export link on your dashboard. If you don't have this level of access, however, it might be best to talk with your QuickBase Administrator about making the adjustments. I would also suggest some buttons on your dashboard that would allow you and other users to easily select the Type of Patient and be directed to the correct app.
