Can Quickbase do this out of the box? Or with little effort?

I am looking for a solution for my father's business. He primarily needs a mobile app  that he can record sales data on the fly, but also see the history of inventory /sales data from his last visit to a particular customer. I had created an access database for him a long time ago, but it never really matched his workflow. He is going on 70 years old so I cant have him change how he works, but Id like to be able to relieve some of his paper-work burden at the end of each day. He records the following data: Date, Customer Name, Inventory Left Today, Inventory left Last Visit, Amount Collected and the amount short (if any). So at each customer, he can pull up their account, and then see what amount of inventory was left on the last visit. It could be yesterday or could be 3 weeks since the last visit. Thank you very much.

I think that would be pretty easy. If your data in Access is already in tables, you could simply import those tables from a CSV file into QB, setup the relationships between the tables, and create a form for your Dad to use on his phone. Presto! New app that "just works" on mobile and desktop!
