Have you entered your credentials info correctly because no assertions mean you have not passed the required information while logging into the account?
Better option is Contact Quick Base Support with this error.

HI Sandeep,
I would agree with Gaurav that you should try submitting a support case and also check in with your Account Admin. It looks like there might be some issue with your Account's single sign on. I would try submitting a case using this link Support Case and see if you can sign in there. That way you and a Care Rep can talk directly as it seems that when attempting to access that Account you are having a login issue due to the current SAML configuration.
