From the following formulas...

the first case works and second does not. I think it might be because the field type in the second case is set to Multi-select Text. Can you help? I also attached a JPG of the error message I received.

Thanks!

Case([Number of Publishing Projects Your Company Can Work on Simultaneously In One Month],
"1-25",1,
"26-50",2.5,
"51-75",6,
"76-100",8.5,
"100 +",15)
+
Case([Countries in Which You Have a Mailing Address],
"Australia",5,
"Canada",4,
"France",3,
"United Kingdom",6,
"United States",7)

So if i have chosen both Australia and Canada as the Multi-select choices, what do you want the result to be?  Do you want to add 5 + 4 = 9 to whatever the first case resulted in?

Yes, exactly. I'd like to add 5 + 4 = 9 to the results of the first case.
try this

Case([Number of Publishing Projects Your Company Can Work on Simultaneously In One Month],
"1-25",1,
"26-50",2.5,
"51-75",6,
"76-100",8.5,
"100 +",15)

+ if(Contains(totext([Countries in Which You Have a Mailing Address])),"Australia",5,0)
+ if(Contains(totext([Countries in Which You Have a Mailing Address])),"Canada",4,0)

+ if(Contains(totext([Countries in Which You Have a Mailing Address])),"France",3,0)

+ if(Contains(totext[Countries in Which You Have a Mailing Address])),"United Kingdom",6,0)

+ if(Contains(totext([Countries in Which You Have a Mailing Address])),"United States",7,0)
