Is there a way to make a checkbox formula field to stay checked after being checked the first time?
For example, if a status field has a value "A" when created and a checkbox gets checked, but then changes to status "B" but i would like to keep the box checked. I know this can easily be done manually, but i am dealing with a lot of constantly changing records that are being imported from other apps so manual is not an option.
Then your checkbox field can be changed to
