I am setting up a notification in the table called Reservations. In my custom message, I want to show: Click here (and this would take you to table called Customer Non Renewal and the form number is 10 - these two tables are related)
What do I put in the custom message?

If you can make a URL formula button to have the link that you want and call it [Click Here] then you can just put that field in your Custom message.

I really don't want to have a button - is there another way for this to be done?

Try it.  It does not render as a button in the custom message on the notification.  It renders as the words.
