Combine two user list fields into one user list field.

I have two user list fields, one for drivers and one for helpers. I'm trying to add the two fields together, so that when I create a report and provide access, a user can only see a job if they are listed in the combined field. On the permissions tab, under the view access, it only gives me the option to select the driver or helper lists as options to view. Some of our drivers can also act as helpers on jobs so they are not exclusive to each of the two fields, therefore the need to combine them.

Thank you for your help.

Say you have the following List-User fields:  [User List 1], [User List 2]

Then create a new Formula - List - User field, called [Combined User List]

With the following formula

ToUserList( [User List 1], [User List 2] )

That's it - the [Combined User List] will have the users in both [User List 1], and [User List 2], with any duplicates only being in there once.

Keep in mind the warning note about the maximum # of users in a List-User field:

"Note: This field is of type List-User and therefore exercises the limit of 10 entries. If the resulting value of this field in a record exceeds the maximum entries allowed the resulting value will be set to blank."
