I am looking to create a Numeric Formula that sounds like this:

If [Text-Multiple Choice] equals "A", then calculate (40/[Number Field]-100),
If [Text-Multiple Choice] equals "B", then calculate (90/[Number Field]-100),
If [Text-Multiple Choice] is blank, then leave field blank

Any advice? I'm not sure if my issue is a syntax issue or using the wrong formula.

Thanks!

if([text]="A",40/[number]-100,

[text]="B",90/[number]-100,null)

or ,instead of null, you can say 0.

Here is your words written for QuickBase Formula.  Formula field needed will be a formula-numeric field.

If([Text-Multiple Choice]="A", ((40/[Number Field])-100),
If([Text-Multiple Choice]="B", ((90/[Number Field])-100),
null))

General structure is If( Statement, answer if statement is true, answer if statement is false)
