Hi, I have an existing table with approximately 25,000 rows of data. One of the fields in this table (Field 1) is a Text field with approximately 66 unique values used throughout the 25k rows. I need to convert this field into a Multi-Select Text field (Field 2) where a user can choose several of these 66 unique values for one row. We want to use Field 2 as a keyword field for searching these records.

My question is how do I convert Field 1 to Field 2? I want to keep the data already contained in Field 1 during this field conversion to the multi-select field. When I change the "Field Type" in Field 1, I receive an error message: "Error. Cannot convert field to Multi-select Text because the existing data would create more than 50 choices."

If I create a new Multi-Select field and then try to import Field 1 data into this new Multi Select field (Field 2), I receive this error message: "The following Multi-select Text fields would have more than 50 choices."

I know I can have more than 50 multi select values in a multi-select field by linking the Multi-Select field with another independent table via the "From another field" option under the "Multi-Select Text Field Options" for Field 2 mentioned above.
