I'm trying to set it so that when someone clicks a button it changes the status of the task and puts a note in our time stamped notes box.  I am currently trying to set this for two different tasks at two different steps in the process.  So I am starting the formula by saying if the Task Name is THIS and the Status is THAT then ....

I've done this with other buttons but it won't work for this one and I can't figure out what is wrong.

The FID's are as follows:

277 = Status

348= Notes

Here is the formula that I am using:

var text URLONE = If(

[Task Name]="Infographic Creation" and [Status]= "Open - Pod Approval Needed", URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?act=API_EditRecord&apptoken=cyny65zbgm8pk5dfepg9gb2zamqq&rid="&[Task ID]&"&_fid_277=" & URLEncode("Open - Ready to Post/Distribute") &"&_fid_348=" & URLEncode("Client Partner approved Template.  Ready to be implemented."),

[Task Name]="Infographic Creation" and [Status]= ”Open – QA Check”, URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?act=API_EditRecord&apptoken=cyny65zbgm8pk5dfepg9gb2zamqq&rid="&[Task ID]&"&_fid_277=" & URLEncode("Open - Promotion Needed") &"&_fid_348=" & URLEncode("Pod approved implementation.  Ready for Promotion"),

[Task Name]="Long Form Written" and [Status]= ”Open – QA Check”, URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?act=API_EditRecord&apptoken=cyny65zbgm8pk5dfepg9gb2zamqq&rid="&[Task ID]&"&_fid_277=" & URLEncode("Open – Bookmark Submission") &"&_fid_348=" & URLEncode("Pod approved implementation.  Ready for Bookmarking"),

[Task Name]="Long Form Written" and [Status]= ”Pod Approval Needed”, URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?act=API_EditRecord&apptoken=cyny65zbgm8pk5dfepg9gb2zamqq&rid="&[Task ID]&"&_fid_277=" & URLEncode("Open – Ready to Post/Distribute") &"&_fid_348=" & URLEncode("Client Partner approved Template.  Ready to be implemented."),

var text URLTWO= URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?a=dr&rid=" & [Task ID];

$URLONE & "&rdr=" & URLEncode($URLTWO)
