delayed notifications

is anyone else having issues with delayed notifications? or notifications not being sent at all?
seems to have been occuring the past two weeks or so. 

example:
1. i have a recurring weekly notification that gets sent to myself to dump data onto our public drive. i did no receive it this week

2. i signed off on a task on wednesday morning, which triggers a notification to my team. they did not receive the notification until last night (thursday) at 8pm.

3. I signed off on a task on the 20th, which triggers a notification for the next task assignee. they never received this notification

not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this question. Just curious if it is an issue on my end, or a QB hiccup?

Howdy, I have been meaning to log a support ticket, i have a number of issues logged in my system from users experiencing a delay in notifications triggered from events. some arnt coming through at all others delayed. might be a good idea logging an issue as i will need to do.
