Did anyone get "Access Denied" error while trying to take free online training or paid training?

Hi Rima,

Our University offerings are open to users who are part of an active Account in Quick Base. If your User in Quick Base is not tied to an Active Account or Trial then when attempting to access the Quick Base University you would see the Access Denied error. This happens most often with Trial accounts that have expired. If you are tied to an active Account in Quick Base and still seeing this issue I would suggest contacting our Care Team via a Support Case to get help looking into this issue.
