Display exact form in email body

How do I display the records listed in a mini form in the body of an email. The way I've done it so far it just displays the URL in the email. When you click on the url the records are listed but I want them to display in the email. I found several references in the community to being able to do this but I can't figure out the code. Does anyone have an example of the coding to do this?

I'm assuming that you are referring to an email Notification. If you select the dropdiwn on the custom message to include a Copy of the record itself in the email, then it will send the actual form. If you have multiple firms the email notification configuration lets you specify the form.

So then the question is how to display child records on the form.

Just set the form properties for the report Link field to show the records directly on the form.

I have the mini exact form set up to display the child records and it works.  I just don't know the code to place it within the URL-Formula email body so that it displays the results of the exact form instead of a url link to the exact form.

Here's what I have that displays the url to the exact form which I know is not the correct way to do it:

"mailto:" & [Vendor - Email]& "?subject=" & URLEncode("Sourcing request regarding your Order #" & [Work Order - WO#])

& "&body="& URLEncode(
URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?a=dbpage&pagename=" & URLEncode("Product Specifications.html") & "&clist=a&rid=" & [Record ID#]
)

To my knowledge you will not be able to do an embedded report in a mail to command.

The reason I thought this was possible is from an earlier comment you placed on the message board where I thought you partially answered the question but didn't have the detailed code. Please see: https://quickbase-community.intuit.com/questions/1099745-how-to-show-child-records-in-a-notification-email

In answer to a question that I believed is similar to mine you said:
"I suggest that you make a super mini form of the Parent record, basically only showing the section of the form which has the embedded table of PO lines.  Then you can specify the form to use in the email notification, and include the marker which includes a copy of the record."

I made the super mini form with the embedded table.  I just don't know how to display it from within my Formula-URL.  Maybe the answer above doesn't apply to my question but it seems to be the same thing I'm trying to do.  Thank you.

You are trying to invoke the User's mail "client", like Outlook or gmail and populate their email page.  I was referring to a QuickBase email Notification where an email is triggered when you save a record
