I have a table called "Projects" and I can assign users (default QB users) to those projects.

I have a report that we use to show which users are assigned to a project.  I need a list of those users email addresses that I can copy and paste.

How can I get the email address to display in plain text?

I need to clarify, I have multiple users assigned to each project.  I'm trying to have a list of all the email addresses so I don't have to click on each one.  Not exactly a mass email, but the same concept.

If I could click a single button and have that generate an email to all assigned users via my default email client, that would be a great way to go as well.

Any ideas?

No problem.

Make a formula email field of usertoemail([my userid field])

Put it on a Table report and do a Group by on something, even something trivial so that you get that blue envelope at the bottom of the email column.

Click it and the email address should populate into your email client.

Copy then from there to where you need them to go - or maybe your goal all along was to send a mass email.

You can build a Formula-text hyperlink  button to invoke the MailTo command.  Its not clear from your post as to how the multiple users are assigned to the project - perhaps a List User field?  If so you should be able to convert that to a list of email with https://www.quickbase.com/db/6ewwzuuj?a=dr&r=fz&rl=dsu the UserLisTtoEmail function.

here is an example

"<a href=\"MailTo:"&[Emails for carrier and others separated by semi colons]

// the above text invokes the mail client, and creates the TO line

&"?subject="
&[Carrier Subject Line] & " for Trailer " & [Trailer / Container #]

// the above text does the subject line, below that is the body
// the %0A is a line feed type indicator.

& "&body=" &[Carrier Body Header]
& "%0A%0A"
& "Trailer " &[Trailer / Container #]
& "%0A%0A"
& "Bill of Lading " & [Auto BOL #]
& "%0A%0A"
& "Door " & [Door #]
& "%0A%0A"
& "Weight " & [Go Truck Weight]
& "%0A%0A"
& "Percent of Trailer Used " & [Percent of Trailer Used]
& "%0A%0A"
& [Carrier Body Footer]
& "%0A%0A"
& "Thx " & "%0A" & UserToName([Last Modified By])
& "%0A%0A"

// This last bit creates the words for the link that you click.

&"\">"&"Click here to Create an email for a carrier Pickup request"&"</a>"
