Hello, I manage insurance and risk management for our company. We currently capture reportable 'incidents' via a Word form. I have prepared a high-level 'Incident' table that I data-entry at present from this form. Would it be possible to use HTML integration to embed the Quickbase Incident table 'Form' into our internal Intranet (without users having to log into Quickbase) - thus directly submitting the incident reports into Quickbase.

you should be able to embed a record gen api url along with ifv=1 parameter to embed the form into one of your HTML pages (via may be an iframe) or a direct link to the url. I guess you'll have to make the form be visible to the internet unless your users are also setup as users inside quickbase.

Hi Devin,

Quick Base does have a functionality to create a web form solely for data entry. That is supported by our Web Form Wizard. Essentially you sign into this wizard and select which application and table you wish to input data into. Then you pick the fields you would like to include in your web form and it outputs the html you would need for that form. It can handle manual entry fields and standard drop-downs but isn't able to pull up fields like reference proxy fields which are a bit more complex. If you update the form in your Quick Base application you would also have to recreate the wizard form to update it to add any new fields, etc. I have included linked below an article that shows where to find this Web Form Wizard:
