Exact forms not reading Word formatting. When form is saved to QB the form loses the formatting and gets skewed. It is another company's form that we enter data from QB into and send off to them. I am trying to relieve the duplicate work of entering it into QB and then having to enter the totals again into this other form but when I save to QB, the form's format goes crazy and is unusable. I have PDF that I am changing to Word and then saving to QB. See attached form (OSHA 300A (blank)

Instead of using Exact Forms, another option is our PDF Stamper.

try it here... https://juicedtech.quickbase.com/db/bkte5rmn9?a=dr&r=b&rl=ece

attached is the output OSHA form created using the PDF Stamper.

i think it is fantastic. Can you tell me what the differences are between Exact Forms Plus and PDF Stamper? Can I create this document with Exact Forms Plus as well, or does it have formatting issues as well?

Hi Michelle, Exact Forms Plus should be able to handle it as well...and...actually today we just created this same OSHA document with our new XL Docs for QuickBase add-on for a client of ours.  They wanted the output in excel format and in pdf format.  We modified our XL Docs add-on to be able to save the generated Excel document as a pdf.
So they have the template in Excel format, we place the data from quickbase in the desired cells in the excel template and convert it to pdf...very cool
contact us and we can show you all options.

btw, difference between EF+ and PDF Stamper  https://juicedtech.quickbase.com/up/bji99ufah/g/rb/eg/va/EF%20Plus%20vs%20PDF%20Stamper.pdf

MIchele, if you have the OSHA form in word, email it to me and I'll run a quick test with it through EF+ converting it to pdf.
