Hi,

I am having an issue with the Exact form. When I am trying to save the form into quickbase I am getting an Error meesage saying Type Mismatch. I have gone through the answers which were posted by users to delete https:// and to verify whether OLE in VB preferences is checked or not I have tried copying and pasting the data into a new word doc but in the new doc there wasn't any option for Add-ins. I tried these options but hard luck it didn't get solve.

Can you please advice?

Thank you,

MK

Hi MK,

This may have to do with the Exact Forms template only being compatible with 32 bit Windows machines, not 64 bit. In order to know for sure can you submit a support case and we can troubleshoot this further with you?

To submit a case through the support portal, log into an application > click the "Help" button in the upper right > Manage Support Cases > New Support Case.
