We need to extract individual records so that they match the form we have created in QuickBase.
I know when we are in a record, we can "Print" and then pdf the document so it appears as the form. However, this can be laborious in situations when we need to do this for 50-100 forms each month.
We have already built reports which basically extract the fields as well, but having the information in an excel is not as helpful to specific people who need to see the information.
Is there a way to built a report, and then somehow extract (pdf) all records which fall in that report so that they look like the form in QuickBase?
