for some reason my users don't show up in the address book when I try to email reports from QB. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

for some reason my users don't show up in the address book when I try to email reports from QB. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hello Daniel,

So as long as they are active Users on the App that your attempting to send the report on, they should be listed once you start typing in the search bar for the email. It won't display the whole list from the start. You can switch the filter to all users in your company, if your account has the company name registered on the account.


I would submit a support ticket if your still not seeing the users populating on the book display. We can then review the account details and allow for external emails as well.
