Using the %recData% marker in a notification, is there a way to modify the form that I select when "including a copy of" the form?

Particularly what I want to do is remove the Title of the application and Name of the Table from the header of the form.

Backstory - we have created a form that includes a report which will go on a Notification to non-users.  The form will work great ... and to make it work even better (and look cleaner), we would like to remove the App/Table info from the form header.

    Thanks!

See the "Form to use when displaying records" option on the email notification config screen:

So, you can create a form specifically tailored to email notifications, then select that form as the basis of the emails.

    Hi Dan,

That's what I currently have it set to, and am pulling the specific form that we created.
What I need to do now, is somehow remove the header of the form showing the App and Table name, when the notification is sent.

I see--sorry, didn't read your post closely enough it seems. And sorry again, b/c I don't see a way to get rid of that information when using %recData%.

    :(

I'd recommend using an Exact form or a Magic Doc to send them a pdf version of the form/child report.

You will have a lot more control over the formatting and will have a much more professional look.

How often are you sending out these reports?

    Hi Matthew,

The notifications would be sent daily to multiple various email addresses (many who are not users).

A solution is to use Juiced Courier and Juiced Exact Forms Plus to send out real PDFs to non users.  Juiced can help you set that up or QSPs like myself to these setups too.
