Normally I have my field labels appearing at at the top but I cannot seem to do much to Yes/No field.  It continues to have a boring format.  Is there any way to improve this? File attached.

Maybe they will fix that inconsistency in the new Mercury UX.  The only work around for now would be to make a text formula field which calculates to Yes or No, and show that field in Vuew mode and the real field in data entry mode (Edit or Add)

Slightly different than what the above has suggested, what I do is this:

On forms, I have a Text - Multiple Choice.  I put the options Yes/No.  I add the multiple choice field to the forms and in the form designer, I select the field & make it a "Radio display" instead of the normal multiple choice field.

After I do this, I create a Formula - Checkbox which will be my internal field.  The formula is basic:
If([Text - Multiple Choice]="Yes",true,false)

That way I use the above for formula calculations and other stuff, whereas whenever a user interacts with it, I show the Text - Multiple Choice.

Good luck to you!

Many thanks for both of you. Good suggestions. I hope QB becomes little more versatile.
