Hello,

I am currently making a meeting minutes app in Quickbase and just had a question regarding list user formula fields.

Is it possible to create a list user field formula to make it only display results that are not checked in a previous list user field?

I am trying to make attendance fields for the user to select who was at the meeting and doing it with list user fields. However, since you can only select 10 entries on a list user field I will need to create additional list user fields. I was hoping that for the extra list user fields I could have it only show the remaining users who weren't previously checked.

For example, if I was one of the 10 chosen in the first list user field, then I wouldn't be available to choose in the next list user field.

Thoughts?

Thanks for your help in advance!

List - User fields can either be set to show all users in your application, or a custom user set. They're not dependent on each other unfortunately. The closest you can get to what you requested is one list - user field with a custom set of users, a second field with a different custom set, etc.

That is what I was thinking.  Thanks for the answer on this!
