Formula URL to not show link if there is no download

Thanks to this community i recently managed to use a formula URL field (with this as the formula : "https://noclor.quickbase.com/up/bhzzspy2w/a/r" & [Related EOI2 - Related Study2 - Record ID#] & "/e401/v0" ), which brings through a link from another table.

I would really like to disable this, or not show a link if nothing has been uploaded in the original table, so that users don't click and get the "File doesn't exist" page. Is this possible to do?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give

Dave

Do you have a relationship in place such that you can lookup the file name? ie on the source table make a text formula field called [filename (text)] with the formula ToText([File Attachment field]).

Then change your formula to
IF([filename(text)]<>"",
"https://noclor.quickbase.com/up/bhzzspy2w/a/r" & [Related EOI2 - Related Study2 - Record ID#] & "/e401/v0")
