Hi, In the table's setting there's an option to hide all total but I want to keep the grouping totals for my numeric fields but I do not want the totals for the whole table. Is there a way to do that?

Alex, are you running a report?  What is the report type?

It's a copy of the list all report. It's sorted and grouped by a field.

I think that you would need to post a screen shot indicating what you are trying to suppress.

There is not a native way to suppress the Grand Totals

> ...  need to post a screen shot ...

If you are on Windows there is a cute freeware program called Greenshot that can totally automate the process of taking a screenshot, editing it, annotating it and preparing it for downloading, uploading, clipboard pasting whatever:

Greenshot
http://getgreenshot.org/

Dropbox now has a screenshotting service build in. There are lots of options today for every platform - too many to even list.

Most of the questions would be easier to answer if a relevant screenshot was added  when the question was first asked rather than go through a cycle of asking "can you post a screenshot?". QuickBase users are a sophisticated lot - of course they can post a screenshot - skip the politesse. We have work to do to elevate the productivity of the QuickBase applications we are building so we can use the new technologies like IOT. Do you want to be stuck in a loop forever complaining about the color scheme and button placement?

Posting a screenshot would also greatly help understand questions from non-English speaking users of QuickBase.

BTW, you can do what you want with script. I can't spend my whole day answering trivial questions like this as it cuts into my cartoon watching time so contacat me off-world if you need a solution using the information in my profile:
