Have two users with accounts that have been locked out. Cannot create a login for these two individuals.

I have deleted these users from any and all QuickBase apps, and tried to resend the invite to them several times.  The message returned when they try to login is "Incorrect User Name or Password"

I would recommend entering a support case so that team can track down what that issue might be.

alternatively, they could click the "forgot password" link and get their password reset for their user profiles.

When logged into QuickBase, click on Help, click on "Manage Support Cases" and let them know your issue there.
