I put the code in a MyDashboard.html page, but how do I apply it to other pages?

You have to click the HTML button on the Rich Text Editor Command Bar and then paste the appropriate markup into the editor. You should load Bootatrap from a CDN and not put the files into a QuickBase user defined page or file attachment field because the Bootstrap installation requires a hierarchical file structure which QuickBase does not support. Depending on what you are doing with Bootstrap, this may be the minimal markup you need:

However, Bootstrap Plugins additionally require jQuery and the plugin resources.

Note that a rich text page in QuickBase is intended for easy creation of content which might include formatting such as bold, underline, lists, tables etc. Although you can enter HTML editing by pressing the HTML button, Rich Text Editors generally modify the markup you enter to add or remove specific tags or provide convenience features for dealing with images and urls. As a result the HTML you enter may be modified. In order to gain complete control over the HTML you should use a code page instead of a rich text page.
