As stated, I would like to display a form without Quickbase header items like the table bar, gray buttons, etc. How can I do this?

You rock Keith! If I can ask one more small question, how did you get the save button on this screen? Formula field?

that's a formula text field with html
the code is brought to you by the infamous Dan Diebolts image onload technique.  You can search this forum for more information regarding his technique.

here is the formula code for the button:
"<a href='javascript:DoSave();'  style='font-size:1.0em;' class='Primary Vibrant Success'>Save Record</a>\n<img src='/i/clear2x2.gif' \nonload=\"$(function(){$('form[name=editform]').attr('action','/db/" & Dbid() & "?act=API_AddRecord&apptoken=" & "&rdr=" & URLEncode(URLRoot() & "db/bkt8carez" & "?a=dr&ifv=1&rid=1") & "');})\">"

Here is a more simple Save Button. It is a formula text field with HTML enabled.

"<a id='saveButton' class='Vibrant Success' onclick='DoSaveAdd()' href='#'>Save</a>"

But the record will probably display with the headers. So it may not serve your needs.
